I’M ROB.
I’m a photographer based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and the person behind TeamFlo Photography®. What started as a creative outlet grew into a business built around people, sports, stories, and the moments worth remembering.
You’ll find me on sidelines, creating portraits, working with seniors and families, or photographing homes—but the approach stays the same: pay attention, care about the details, and create work that feels personal to the people I’m photographing.
THE PERSON BEHIND THE CAMERA
Before TeamFlo Photography® became a business, I was a husband, dad, and Soldier. After more than 23 years of military service, I retired from the Army in 2026 and made Fayetteville home.
My family has been part of this journey from the beginning. They’re also a big reason I understand how quickly seasons change—kids grow up, teams change, senior year comes and goes, and the moments that feel ordinary now don’t stay that way forever.
HOW I WORK
THE DETAILS MATTER.
I don’t want every person, athlete, or property I photograph to look the same. I approach each session individually—from the way it’s photographed to the final edit.
Sometimes that means waiting for the right moment on a sideline. Sometimes it’s helping someone get comfortable in front of the camera. Sometimes it’s moving a light two inches because something doesn’t look right yet. The details are usually where the difference is.
